Occupational Safety and Health Policy

POLICY OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH

Safety is our highest priority:

We provide safe working conditions to achieve operational and business objectives. All Asia Trans KZ managers actively support compliance with all occupational safety and health rules and procedures through personal example and bear direct responsibility for creating a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Improvement of the management system:

We continuously improve our management system by implementing advanced working methods and programmes that contribute to higher occupational safety and health standards. Occupational safety and health performance is regularly assessed, and the results are used to define goals and actions for improving performance and ensuring compliance with existing measures.

Prevention of injuries and accidents:

We actively identify and document hazards, assess risks, and take the necessary measures to prevent injuries and accidents. Every Asia Trans KZ employee is responsible for their own health and safety, as well as for the safety of colleagues, clients and contractors. We document not only incidents that have occurred, but also near-miss incidents.

Professional training and development:

We consider safe behaviour to be a key quality of every employee. We place particular emphasis on professional training and employee awareness in occupational safety and health. Regular training programmes help improve knowledge and skills, reducing the risk of accidents and occupational illnesses.

Continuous review of standards:

We monitor changes and developments in occupational safety and health standards and regulations. We update our policies and procedures to ensure they reflect current standards and best practices. We also require our contractors to comply with these requirements.

Safety culture:

We strive to create a safety culture in which every employee understands their responsibility for their own well-being and the well-being of those around them. We support and encourage practices and initiatives that promote a safe environment and care for the health of colleagues.

Incident investigation system:

We maintain an incident investigation system to identify the root causes of incidents and take the necessary action to prevent their recurrence in the future.

Cooperation with professional and public organisations:

We actively cooperate with public organisations, professionals and occupational safety and health experts to exchange experience and knowledge, and to contribute to the development of industry standards.

Responsible for implementation of this Policy:

The person responsible for occupational safety and health.

Review and update:

This Policy is reviewed regularly and updated where necessary, taking into account changes in legislation and the needs of the Company.
